Information Security Lead at Judge Group

Location: Trevose, PA
Salary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Information Security Lead. This is a permanent, direct hire position offering a hybrid work schedule near Trevose, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily SOC operations, security alert monitoring, and log reviews.
• Manage security tools: SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint, and email security systems.
• Lead and mentor InfoSec team; ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
• Conduct security risk assessments, access reviews, and incident documentation.
• Maintain and improve governance, compliance, and automation platforms.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to NCUA/GLBA regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in InfoSec engineering/administration with leadership experience.
• Expertise in network security technologies (e.g., Cisco NGFW, Palo Alto, Nessus).
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with vendor management and security systems troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-focused environment.
