Duties:
- Informatica MDM Configuration: Configure and customize Informatica MDM to implement the Party Model, defining entity types, relationships, business rules, match and merge strategies, and user interfaces.
- Data Modeling: Work with data architects and stakeholders to design and maintain the data model for party-related entities within the MDM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from various source systems into Informatica MDM, performing data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Match and Merge: Implement match and merge rules to identify and consolidate duplicate records within the party entities, enabling a single and accurate view of each entity.
- Data Quality Management: Define and implement data quality rules and workflows within the MDM system to monitor, measure, and improve data quality across party [1] related data.
- Data Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance principles and data security best practices during MDM implementation and data management processes.
- Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks within the MDM system and optimize data loading, matching, and retrieval processes for efficient and seamless data operations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, data analysts, and business users, to understand data requirements and deliver MDM solutions that meet business needs.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate MDM configurations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data within the MDM repository.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals for the MDM implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- At least six (6) years of experience in MDM Development experience with a focus on Informatica MDM and Party Model implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM tools, including MDM Hub, Data Director, and ActiveVOS, and their functionalities for party entities.
- Familiarity with data modeling principles and data integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of data quality management and data governance practices within an MDM environment.
- Proficiency in data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot MDM-related issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross [1] functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous.
- Informatica MDM certifications, such as Informatica MDM Developer Specialist or Informatica MDM Administrator Specialist, are highly desirable.
