We are on the hunt for a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Industrial Sales Manager to join our thriving Engineering team. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Power Electronics industry, specifically in the area of Industrial Sales Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our industrial sales operations, including the development and implementation of strategic sales plans, maintaining key customer relationships, and driving the achievement of sales objectives. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to make a significant impact within our organization.
Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and segment.
2. Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
5. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
6. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
7. Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
8. Liaising with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
9. Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
10. Reporting on sales results to senior executives.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following:
1. Proven work experience as an Industrial Sales Manager in the Power Electronics / UPS industry.
2. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
3. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
4. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
5. Expertise in Territory Management.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to build rapport with key clients and foster long-term relationships.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
10. BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
