What You’ll Do:
- Utilize your technical expertise to estimate, size, and specify HVAC equipment such as industrial fans, air accessories, heaters, and air conditioners for a variety of commercial and industrial applications.
- Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to design, estimate, and sell HVAC solutions, ensuring all technical and project needs are met.
- Calculate airflow, heat loads, and system pressures, providing accurate project estimates and ensuring reliable, efficient HVAC designs.
- Work within tight deadlines to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the sales and project process, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- You’ll have the flexibility to shape your role and grow with the company — we want your voice to be heard.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC or technical building systems.
- Ability to work with engineering software like Autodesk or similar tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workloads.
- Industry experience is a must; HVAC experience is a huge plus.
- A degree in engineering, business, finance, or marketing is preferred.
Location: We prefer local candidates in the Stafford, TX area to ensure strong client relationships and seamless project coordination.
