The Industrial Engineering Co-Op will be responsible for performing time studies, creating/updating work instructions, and maintaining other process/product-related documents. They will also be responsible for assisting with Kaizen events and Kanban management that support the day-to-day operations of the plant.

The Industrial Engineering Co-Op offers a set onsite schedule of 40 hours per week.

Start Date: August 2025
End Date: December 2025

What you will do:

• Perform time studies and M.O.S.T. labor analysis
• Develop/update work instructions
• Make updates to the plant layout and identify areas of improvement
• Kanban system management and implementation
• Data mining and integration to virtual cadence boards via Microsoft PowerBI
• Work with operators/management to identify improvement opportunities for the factory

Additional Requirements Include:

• Major study in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Interest in hands-on experience
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills with a focus on Excel
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for 2D drawing
