Independent Staffing Sales Representative - Unbottleneck®

Unbottleneck, LLC, a leader in remote staffing solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Staffing Sales Representative. As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling our remote staffing solutions to your network of Optical Clients. This is a fully remote position with 100% commission-based compensation, allowing you to earn unlimited income based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new clients in need of remote staffing solutions.
• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, industry events, etc.
• Present Unbottleneck’s services to potential clients, emphasizing the value and benefits of hiring remote team members for roles such as receptionists, billers, remote scribes, etc.
• Negotiate and close deals ensuring the onboarding of new clients and the placement of remote team members.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.

Compensation:

• Commission on New Clients.
• Monthly Gross Revenue Commission.
• Performance Bonuses.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Sales Experience:A minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, recruitment, staffing, or similar fields is highly preferred.
• Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage your pipeline, and close deals without daily oversight.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to pitch services, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Goal-oriented: Motivated to exceed sales targets and maximize earnings through commissions and bonuses.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and video conferencing to communicate with clients and manage deals.
