Role OverviewThe ideal candidate has proven experience with cold calling and phone sales, a passion for helping others, and the drive to excel in a sales-focused environment. While experience in senior care is valued, the willingness to learn and actively participate in the healthcare industry is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities- Sell services to customers with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Conduct warm outbound and cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote services.
- Respond to inbound leads immediately-this is your top priority, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Follow up on older leads to re-engage potential customers.
- Assist veterans in accessing their benefits (training provided).
- Communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus) to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Collaborate with ownership to implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on services and provide accurate information to customers.
- Build trust and confidence with customers by demonstrating empathy and knowledge.
- Exhibit an upbeat, enthusiastic tone with dynamic voice inflections.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Proven experience in cold calling and phone sales is required.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
