Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This world-renowned entertainment, gaming and hospitality destination unveiled a $1.5 billion expansion on Oct. 24, 2019. Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment and maintain physical stamina.
Proper mental attitude and ability to deal effectively with guests, physical ability to access all areas of the facility, withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting and carrying items weighting up to 40 lbs without restriction.
Must be congenial and have neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
Must be reliable and conscientious, possess the ability to interact (in English) with guests, co-workers and supervisory staff.
Must be accurate and detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure and/or conflict situations is a must.
Performs all other related and compatible duties as needed.
- Greet and serves guests in a timely and courteous
- Take guest orders, serves food and drinks, and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner. Adhere to cash handling procedures.

- Minimum three (3) years of food service experience. Table service restaurant experience highly preferred.

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
