IT Technician - Hire Reactor

Outploy is looking for a reliable IT Technician to support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues of our staff and organization. This includes, but not limited to, desktop hardware, Microsoft applications, custom applications, VOIP devices, printers, and various other technological equipment.

You will:

• Respond to hardware and software support issues from employees
  
• Configure new computers
  
• Maintain existing hardware such as computers and printers.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
  
• Install and troubleshoot applications, software, etc
  
• Process tickets in a help desk system
  
• Create user accounts on various systems
  
• Help train company personal on technology and how to use effectively
  
• Travel to different sites for these procedures
  
• Perform miscellaneous related duties and as assigned
  

Personal attributes:

• Handyman background will be considered
  
• Able to work under pressure, in high stress situations, meet deadlines
  
• Hard worker
  
• Have reliable transportation (some travel required)
  
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
