The IT Technical Support role assists the IT manager in maintaining technological equipment across the resort. Responsibilities include problem identification, reporting, and driving resolutions.

This position reports to the Technical Specialist and is based onsite at our stunning Aulani Resort in Oahu, Hawaii.

What You Will Do

• Support resort communication technologies, including radios, phones, and WIFI.
• Assist with Point of Sale systems and related hardware.
• Maintain master directories for call routing and emergency resources.
• Generate call accounting reports for events and groups.
• Inspect guest room technologies for functionality.
• Triage and resolve technology issues, coordinating with support teams.
• Assist leadership with technical support requests and inventory reporting.
• Complete required training and attend meetings.

Here’s what you need to be successful:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of systems, applications, and hardware.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and use ladders.
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required Education:

• 2-year college degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience.
• 4-year college degree.
