PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To lead the business analysisefforts for implementations and large, multi-line projects; to review, analyzeand document internal and client user needs; and to provide mentorship andleadership within the business analysis team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the requirementsmanagement efforts for large projects to include new client implementations andlarge strategic projects; devises and executes a requirements management planfor assigned projects; and takes ownership of the business analysis rolethroughout the project. Identifies and understands stakeholders; initiates andfacilitates meetings and discussions with stakeholders as appropriate. Workswith project managers, project requestors, operations, businessrepresentatives, IT representatives and clients to ensure completeunderstanding of software requirements; provides business related IT knowledgeto clients and business representatives during the requirements managementprocess. Produces project requirements documentation, including writtendocuments, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wire frames and otherdocumentation as required, using standard templates. Meets deadlines andmanages work to timelines. Mentors team members.

Performs other duties asassigned. Supports the organization\'s quality program(s). Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & LicensingBachelor\'s degree required; major in computer science field preferred.Experience: Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience required. Experience in multi-line claims managementprocesses and system requirements strongly preferred. Skills & KnowledgeStrong knowledge of third party administration/claims management business andtechnology PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Analytical andinterpretive skills Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation skills Self motivated Ability to work in a teamenvironment Ability and willingness to take initiative Ability to meet orexceed Performance Competencies
