This is a Hybrid role based out of our Loveland/Longmont, Colorado facilities. The Target Pay Range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
The IT System Analyst - Manufacturing is responsible for providing real-time technical support for warehousing, order fulfillment, and associated software systems. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues as well as addressing data discrepancies in inventory and orders. The ideal candidate will excel at quickly diagnosing and resolving issues in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Provide first-line, time-critical support for warehousing, order management, and shipping systems, including related hardware (e.g., barcode scanners, label printers, shipping stations).
+ Collaborate with distribution and IT teams to resolve issues impacting order fulfillment and shipping in real time.
+ Monitor and analyze multiple software systems and integrations to diagnose issues and implement effective corrective actions.
+ Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements related to software systems, warehousing, and order operations.
+ Provide feedback to IT Development and QA teams regarding software improvements, including bug fixes and enhancements to workflows/screens.
+ Implement software version updates and patches while adhering to change control procedures.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
+ Travel between the Loveland and Longmont warehouse facilities as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
+ Proficiency in script languages and databases, preferably VB/VBA and T-SQL (Microsoft SQL Server).
+ Proven experience in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience in a warehouse environment with order fulfillment and shipping operations is a plus.
+ Familiarity with barcode scanners, barcode symbology types, and label printers is a plus.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Knowledge of inventory and order management systems.
+ Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems, including integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
+ Familiarity with warehouse and order automation systems, such as RFgen.
+ Understanding of networking (wired and wireless) and network operating systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
+ Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot across multiple systems and integrations.
+ Ability to write SQL queries to perform corrective actions and resolve issues.
+ Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time and under pressure.
+ Proven ability to work effectively with end users and technical teams.
+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
+ Excellent follow-through skills.
+ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
+ Effective listening skills and the ability to engage with end users in a supportive and professional manner.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
+ Extensive sitting, phone, and computer use
+ Extend and reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers.
+ Occasionally required to bend, kneel, stoop, or crouch
+ May be required to lift, move, and carry up to 15 lbs.
+ Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
+ Hearing ability to effectively communicate via the telephone and in person.
+ Fluency in the English language
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The employee will primarily work in a typical office environment including the use of cubicles, computers, and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, database management, email, and the Internet. The employee is frequently required to use a calculator, fax, copy machine, and phone system.
