IT System Engineer - Search Services

Summary: Core functions include issue resolution for end users within the Service Level Agreements time frames, administration of cloud systems/platforms and infrastructure hardware. Evaluate current systems and recommend ways to improve the infrastructure (upgrades to hardware, software, network, etc.). Manage contracted services for projects and maintain vendor relationships. Work autonomously in fast-paced, engaging, dynamic environment.
