Project/Task Manager

HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees

● Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

● Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.

● Ensure resource availability and allocation.

● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

● Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

● Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

● Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

● Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI

● Location: On Customer Site
● US Citizenship Required

Required Skills and Abilities

● Proven working experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role.

● Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

● Strong leadership and organizational skills.

● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

● Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

● PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

● Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Service Now).

● Proven experience in leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

The likely salary range for this position is $105,307 - $142,472. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
