Come join the IT Annual Enrollment Readiness team where we leverage our passion and learning mindset as we get to ensure Humana IT systems are ready for sales season and peak business periods. This is a dynamic team that performs program and project management and drives the strategy for Humana's peak readiness efforts. In this engaging role you will help support the IT organization's readiness for our peak sales season and servicing seasons using your critical thinking, problem solving, and strategic planning skills. You will be supporting the program management team with project management, consulting, business analysis, and other critical work to support our sales and customer service readiness.

The IT Project Manager oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature. The IT Project Manager work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The IT Project Manager assembles and leads project teams, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Often actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks. Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. When managing programs, oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies and leads program execution to deliver longer term business value. Can possess specialized knowledge of IT Infrastructure systems and technologies and knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
+ 5+ years of technical project management experience with a focus on infrastructure
+ Demonstrated experience in managing large scale infrastructure implementations
+ Learning mindset and bringing your curiosity
+ Comfort with ambiguity
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
+ Proficiency in project management tools including planning, risk management, and reporting
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross functional teams
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ Agile and/or Project Management Institute certification
+ Longevity working in infrastructure, cloud, data center, telecom, end user support, network, and/or software development projects
+ Experience in the health solutions industry

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$84,600 - $116,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
