Job Description – ERP Manager

At Studex we rely on our IT systems to power the solutions that help customers around the world. We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to join us on this journey, using his or her technological skills to make us more efficient. In this role, the successful individual will review and assess our current systems, assist with upgrades and fixes, and provide training and support—as needed. He or she will also assist in researching, choosing and implementing possible ERP systems available to suit the company progressive needs.

We need an IT Quarterback to ensure that our ERP system will meet our objectives. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience and knowledge of computer hardware and software and industry knowledge to bring us to the cutting edge.

Objectives of this Role

• Assist in maintaining essential IT operations, including operating systems, security, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
• Assist in Choosing, Implementing and Supporting ERP Software in Multiple companies – Local and International
• Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity
• Serve as the subject matter expert supporting MAC OSX, Windows, and all common office software and applications, such as Microsoft365, Adobe, etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify the key team members in the organization that will develop the requirements, goals, and budget for an ERP solution.
• Choose ERP vendor(s) with solutions that most closely meet the company's requirements.
• Evaluating the needs of the various Departments to boost efficiency and accuracy
• Execute system design, documentation, implementation, and testing., ensuring components meet needs and work together seamlessly
• Implement applications and software upgrades, as well as performance troubleshooting
• Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements

Skills and Qualifications

• Our ideal applicant has a bachelor's degree in computer science, several years of ERP Software Implementation experience, and specific experience working with business software, 
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You should be proficient in the use of SQL data management systems and able to work well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Liaison with outside vendors to coordinate implementation of projects
• Experience with or knowledge of VMs, Windows Server Operating Systems and other Windows products; current equipment and technologies, Enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools
• Knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, wireless bridges
• Experience with EDI and Website Market Baskets, and improving process between Customers and our internal system
• Professional Certifications
