IT Manager - Oak Dental Partners

Oak Dental Partners is a DSO leader dedicated to positively impacting lives by improving smiles, confidence, and overall health.  We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent managerial skills, and a proven ability to implement and manage IT projects.

Requirements:

• Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the helpdesk team to enhance user support processes.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in the development and management of the IT budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT expenditures.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend improvements.
• Identify training needs within the IT team and facilitate professional development.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• years of experience in IT management roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in project management and successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, PMP) are a plus.
