Required Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in a cybersecurity capacity.
• 3-5 years of experience with risk management concepts.
• 3-5 years of experience with enterprise cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with the NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework.
• Experience building and maintaining collaborative tools in the Microsoft O365 platform.
Desired Skills:
• Experience creating custom work roles using the NICE Framework.
• Experience developing application integrations with SAP.
• Experience with the Power Platform and Javascript programming languages.
• Experience working in a LEAN environment.
Develop People Capabilities:
• Develop NICE Framework work roles that align with existing Client roles
• Develop and implement a roadmap to modify work roles to ensure capability coverage & reduce overlaps
• Identify and catalogue training programs aligned with Client work roles
• Create and champion training roadmaps for each job role level
• Develop a People Capability Catalog Interface:
• Lead developers in building an individual dashboard for managing NICE Framework KSTs.
• Lead developers in building a leadership dashboard for managing people capabilities and mentoring workers.
• Integrate with Existing Human Capital Management:
• Integrate with a badging system to recognize development and accomplishments.
• Integrate with SAP SuccessFactors for automation and alignment with the wider Human Resources programs.
• Integrate with existing recruitment, training, and retention programs
