About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Contract Administrator to support our IT and legal team in managing IT-related contracts. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly collaborate with stakeholders across various functions.

responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage assigned IT-related contracts within contract management system.
- Identify legal, financial, risk management, tax, and other contract terms for review by subject matter experts.
- Assist attorneys in contract negotiations.
- Partner with and educate internal stakeholders on contract related issues.
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while constantly adapting to meet competing priorities.
- Collaborate with other Commercial Legal Services team members.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
