Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit business and system/functional requirements, create traceability and data mapping documents, and ensure alignment with project scope.
- UAT Management: Define test plans, document test scenarios/scripts, manage the UAT process, track defects, and drive the process to completion.
- Communication: Facilitate meetings, participate in project and agile ceremonies, and effectively communicate with IT leadership and stakeholders.
- Technical Understanding: Maintain a strong grasp of application programming, Agile methodologies, and process flow documentation, staying informed on emerging technologies.
- Client Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, identify needs, and develop business solutions, while building knowledge of client systems and objectives.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with UAT processes, including building test scripts/plans.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Word; Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with process mapping, prototyping, and design.
- IIBA certification or relevant advanced degrees are advantageous.
