Principal Duties: | See attachment. " Hands on experience in architecture/design, implementation & administration of Unified Communications systems. " Mobile device procurement iPhone, iPad and Samsung devices " Working with Telecom carriers during implementations and outages " Perform monthly invoice analysis, validation, and payment approval on all land, long distance, data, and wireless invoices to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. " Perform bimonthly mobile device audits to determine if we should select a more cost-effective plan, or need to update our mobile catalog, and communicate concerns to managers. " Track and resolve billing disputes/discrepancies with various carriers, present escalation issues, status reports and findings to Director. " Manage mobile phone recycle and inventory program. " Manage paging systems and equipment (Beepers) " Assist in facility s Send Word Now notifications and systems update. " Research past due balances to ensure they are cleared in a timely manner, and ensure credits are received and applied. " Maintain an accurate inventory of all telecom circuits, numbers, and equipment. " Work directly with vendor to resolve claims in an accurate and timely manner. " Assist in configuring and installing various CISCO IP Phone models on CUCM various versions. " Day to Day maintenance Cisco Unified Contact Center |
Minimum Qualifications: | As an Assistant Director, under direction, serve as a consultant and resource to departmental leadership in the development, execution and management of a wide variety of essential unit/departmental services and related administrative functions. Participate in the development of new programs, systems and/or procedures and monitor their functioning and effectiveness. Contribute to continuous operational improvements and compliance activities. General Tasks and Responsibilities Will Include: " Provide a wide range of advisory and technical services to departmental leadership in support of critical unit/departmental services. " Assist in the administrative management of specified functions and initiatives, including the interpretation of relevant policies and procedures. " Contribute to the development of new programs, systems and/or procedures and ensure the successful functioning and efficiency of such. " Plan, develop and conduct diverse research studies and analyze gathered data to develop recommendations for leadership. " Conduct special projects based on operational needs. Develop short- and long-range plans to meet project requirements and establish implementation criteria. " Monitor budgets and expenses of designated unit/department and/or projects. " Conduct analysis of internal policies, procedures and systems in comparison to governing regulatory requirements; highlight potential risks to assist leadership in ensuring corporate compliance. " Collaborate with departmental leadership and inter-disciplinary teams to recommend practical tools, processes and practices that support developing effective solutions to operational issues. " Represent unit/departmental leadership on various internal and external task committees, work groups, forums or related. " Coordinate, plan, direct, evaluate and monitor the work of staff in support of assigned responsibilities or special projects. Educational Level: " A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or a related field and three years of full-time experience planning, developing and monitoring programs, systems and/or procedures in support of administrative management initiatives, one year of which must have been in a responsible managerial or supervisory capacity; or " A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline and four years of full-time experience as outlined above, two years of which must have been in a responsible managerial or supervisory capacity; or " A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience. Years of Experience: " A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or a related field and three years of full-time experience planning, developing and monitoring programs, systems and/or procedures in support of administrative management initiatives, one year of which must have been in a responsible managerial or supervisory capacity; or " A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline and four years of full-time experience as outlined above, two years of which must have been in a responsible managerial or supervisory capacity; or " A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience. |
