IP/MPLS Engineer - Hamilton Barnes ??

Do you want to perform Network Operations & Support within a market-leading ISP?

You’ll be working cross-functionally with the design & Architecture team to ensure best practices for the network customers to resolve issues.

You’ll be working on the company's state-of-the-art Calix & Adtran equipment.

Once at the company, you’ll be working alongside their long-standing senior network engineer, who was a Calix SME at Calix themselves!

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing trouble calls to resolve service issues
• Trouble ticket management
• Participating in network maintenance support
