Our client is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a strong focus on patent litigation. A technical or engineering background is preferred.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in IP-related litigation, especially patent litigation
• Preferred technical or engineering background
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

• The target base pay range for this role in New York is $200,000 - $230,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
