Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for a strong leader, with hands-on maintenance skills and experience for a key Maintenance Manager role. This leader will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively, will develop maintenance strategies, leading a team of maintenance personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing direction and support to team members.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Schedule and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure reliability of operations.
• Manage the maintenance budget and track expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment-related disruptions.
• Utilize CMMS software to manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor team members on maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC and electrical controls.
• Experience with maintenance scheduling and CMMS software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with printing equipment and processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
