Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
Pre-plan of work activities to meet contract schedule and quality requirements.
Provide leadership and direction to field crews.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
Manage construction personnel, providing leadership and guidance to ensure project success.
Collaborate with project Owners, DOT, and Resident Engineers to address and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in the Heavy Civil Construction Industry
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges.
Through knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work being performed, OSHA 30 Cert.
BS - Civil Engineer/Construction Management
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum of 8+ years' experience in Bridge, Road, Heavy Civil Infrastructure or Heavy/Highway construction.
