About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Critical Care **Job Specialty:** Critical Care **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM **Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of critical care experience with strong critical thinking skills **License:** Registered Nurse License **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS **Must-Have:** EPIC EMR experience **Job Description:** - Work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations. - Float across all inpatient areas including Stepdown and Med/Surg units. - Provide ventilator care and titrate vasoactive drugs. - Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3, based on patient needs. - Utilize strong critical thinking skills in delivering high-quality patient care.
