Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through self-generation and networking activities.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a clear understanding of their options and requirements.
- Analyze applicant financial information to determine eligibility for various loan products.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline the loan processing system and improve efficiency.
- Must possess a valid NMLS license.
- Proven ability to self-generate leads in a sales environment.
- Previous experience as a Loan Officer is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
