Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal representation to clients regarding Lemon Law cases.
2. Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective litigation strategies.
3. Manage all aspects of the litigation process including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
4. Prepare and present arbitration cases, ensuring client interests are effectively represented.
5. Prepare and review witness disclosures, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with legal standards.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes and developments in the Lemon Law, as well as broader legal trends affecting the technology industry.
8. Deliver high-quality legal advice, balancing the needs of the client with legal and ethical responsibilities.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.
10. Participate in business development activities to grow the firm’s Lemon Law practice.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lemon Law Attorney, preferably within the technology industry.
4. Proven experience in arbitration, trial preparation, witness disclosures, and litigation.
5. Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
7. Knowledge of current legal trends and an interest in the technology industry.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. High level of professionalism and adherence to strict confidentiality requirements.
10. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines concurrently.
