Hybrid - 3 Days onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to established customers and internal customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Accurately enter orders from customers and manage order details through different phases.
- Managing customer portals.
- Work on special projects as assigned
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
