Job Title: Hybrid Call Center Representative
Pay: $19 an hr | Bi-weekly
Job Type: HYBRID POSITION: 3 DAYS ONSITE/2 DAYS VIRTUAL
- Shift Options:
TRAINING SCHEDULE will be 8:00am - 4:00pm CST M-F.
WORK SCHEDULE AFTER TRAINING: Work hours are between 7am - 6pm CST, 8 hour work schedule assigned within that timeframe.
Hybrid Call Center Representative Overview:
- Position: Customer Care Specialist
A Customer Care Specialist is responsible for answering customer calls and responding to customer emails.
Duties will include:
• Providing customers with Order Status information.
• Processing customer orders
• Providing customers with product availability information.
Hybrid Call Center Representative Qualifications:
- Basic computer navigation skills required.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook required.
- Customer Service experience desired
- Call Center experience desired.
- HS Diploma/GED required.
Hybrid Call Center Representative Benefits:
