Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Support Specialist 1 to join the team at UT Health Tyler located in Tyler, TX. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager with all administrative and HR duties to include recruitment, onboarding and orientation for new hires, and maintaining employee files. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and an effective communicator with the ability to multi-task.
The successful candidate will:
- support Human Resources functions for front-line and management staff;
- detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands; and/or
- have excellent organization, communication, and project management skills;
- communicate effectively and build relationships with multiple levels of the organization; including clients, executives, managers and front-line staff;
- demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
