Job Details
We are looking for a great HR Specialist or Manager who can be a hands on contributor to both subsidiaries within our company in the HR capacity:
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and provider coordination
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare required reports
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, performance management, and personnel documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years HR experience
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems -- Paycom or paycor is beneficial but not required
- Strong understanding of employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
