Now Hiring: Human Resources Operations
- Strategic Partner: Acts as consultants to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent management, organizational development, and other HR-related matters that impact business performance. They participate in strategic planning meetings and offer HR perspectives on business decisions.
- Change Agent: Leads and manage change initiatives within their assigned business units, ensuring that HR processes and programs support the desired changes. This includes things like restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and implementing new technologies.
- Employee Advocate: Advocates for team members, ensuring fair treatment and a positive work environment. They address team member concerns, promote employee engagement, and work to resolve conflicts.
- Performance Management: Provides guidance to leaders on performance management and addressing performance issues.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Collaborates with talent acquisition teams to ensure the right talent is hired and contribute to talent development programs to enhance team member skills and capabilities.
- Compensation and Benefits: Provides input and guidance on compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with business needs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Uses data analytics to understand workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensures compliance with HR policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Coordinator for Riverview Medical Center at Hackensack Meridian Health supports the local HR operations team in implementing HR services, including team member (employee) labor relations, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits, wellness, and more. The role involves answering general HR questions, assisting with compliance initiatives, supporting onboarding, managing leave of absence coordination, and maintaining a positive team member experience.
Location: Onsite full-time at Red Bank, NJ.
Ideal Candidate: Associate's degree and at least 3 years of HR or administrative experience, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google Suite/ MS Office. HR certification and knowledge of PeopleSoft are preferred.
The Senior Human Resources Generalist at Carrier Clinic at Hackensack Meridian Health supports HR services and initiatives, including team member (employee) and labor relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, and more. This role involves conducting workplace investigations, advising leadership on legal compliance, and recommending solutions to workplace issues. The Senior HR Generalist also works to improve team member relations and ensures consistent application of HR policies and laws.
Location: Onsite full-time at Belle Mead, NJ.
Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of HR experience (with at least 3 years in employee relations and investigations), and strong knowledge of HR practices and legal compliance. Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred.
The Human Resources Generalist for Raritan Bay Medical Center at Hackensack Meridian Health supports HR services and initiatives within assigned business units, focusing on team member (employee) and labor relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, wellness, and more. This role involves addressing workplace issues, supporting leaders with HR policies, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with HR systems and regulations.
Location: Onsite full-time at Perth Amboy, NJ.
Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 4+ years of HR or administrative experience, and knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and legal compliance. Experience with HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft, is preferred.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business.
- 5+ years relevant Human Resources experience.
- 3+ years experience in employee relations and conducting complex investigations.
- Experience with all facets of Human Resources, including knowledge of employee relations, talent management, benefit and compensation. administration, and legal compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations governing employment.
- Effective leadership, team building, and change management skills.
- Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
