• Serve our team by supporting their professional development, monitoring our benefits package, and building a great culture
• Partner with our Ops Managers as a trusted resource in building a great business
• Spend time on the plant floor and in the break room, connecting with employees & building trust
• Conduct in-person interviews and be a part of the hiring process to ensure great hires
• Maintain employee records, including documenting any safety issues
• Maintain the Company Handbook
• Process and administer payroll
• Provide administration for Unemployment and Worker's Compensation claims
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, including events, picnics, banquets, etc.

Our Ideal Human Resources Manager

• Experienced: College degree in a Human Resources-related field and/or equivalent HR Manager experience. 5+ years of experience in the HR field preferred.
• Approachable: An individual with a warm, welcoming personality that makes employees feel cared for and valued with good listening skills.
• Detailed: Ensures regulatory compliance and accurately runs payroll and benefits.
• Computer Savvy: Can navigate Microsoft Office Products and use an HCRM. Understands payroll & timekeeping systems and Human Capital Management Systems. Experience with Paycor is a plus.
