We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce strategy and culture. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions including hiring, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and employee engagement. You will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high-quality workforce.
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
5. Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring employee engagement and resolving any issues that may arise.
6. Oversee and manage compensation and benefits plans.
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
8. Develop and implement training and development programs.
9. Provide HR consulting and support to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, and labor relations.
10. Implement and revise a company’s compensation program.
11. Create and revise job descriptions.
12. Conduct annual salary surveys.
13. Develop, analyze, and update the company’s salary budget.
14. Develop, analyze and update the company’s evaluation program.
15. Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures.
16. Maintain and revise the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
17. Perform benefits administration.
18. Maintain affirmative action programs.
19. Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
20. Conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
21. Oversee exit interviews.
22. Maintain department records and reports.
23. Participate in administrative staff meetings.
24. Maintain company directory and other organizational charts.
25. Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
2. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
3. People-oriented and results-driven.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
9. Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll processing, and benefit administration.
10. Strong understanding of labor laws, employment law, and labor regulations.
11. Experience with performance management, HR consulting, succession planning, and employee engagement.
12. PHR Certification and SHRM-CP Certification are a plus.
13. At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
14. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
15. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
16. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
