• HR Administration: Develop and implement HR plans, policies, and procedures; update employee handbooks and ensure compliance with EEO, affirmative action, and other regulations.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation programs, conduct salary surveys, oversee performance evaluations, and administer benefits, including claims and cost reviews.
• Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives; manage career pathing, counseling, and exit interviews.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance; prepare reports for leadership and file required documentation such as EEO-1.
• Union Relations: Collaborate with union representatives and legal counsel on employment matters, ensuring adherence to agreements.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate HR processes and recommend new approaches to improve efficiency and service quality.
• General Administration: Maintain HR records, organizational charts, and the employee directory; support cross-departmental needs and attend relevant meetings.

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills
