Responsibilities:
- Lead human resource processes across all locations, including talent strategy, recruiting, benefits management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Facilitate and manage all phases of recruitment and onboarding.
- Administer health and benefits plans, handling enrollments, changes, and terminations. Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper payroll and insurance deductions.
- Provide customer service for employee requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate the performance review process.
- Collaborate with department managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Lead or assist in the termination process.
- Maintain required employee documents.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create and implement effective sourcing strategies for various roles.
- Working knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- SHRM-CP credential preferred.
- Quarterly travel to support other locations
