Requirements:

• Act as point of contact for people-related concerns
• Assist management and employees in completing Performance Management tasks (Calibration, Promotions, and Comp Planning)
• Manage terminations (exit interviews, documentation, and backfill requests)
• Support leaders with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations as needed
• Drive administrative employee processes such as remote work requests
• Monitor HR Inbox, responding to and triaging employee questions

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated Human Resources experience
• Ability to start a new position immediately
