Human Resources Generalist - $65,000 to $75,000

Great opportunity to join a growing, privately owned business in the suburbs of Lancaster as a Human Resources Generalist. This company’s headquarters is in northern Lancaster County and is commutable both from Lancaster and Berks Counties.

This position will succeed the current Human Resources Generalist - who is retiring at the end of 2024.

This full-time position is an IN OFFICE role that will offer tremendous flexibility related to hours.

This multi-faceted Human Resources role will focus on-

Employee Relations

Recruiting / On-Boarding

Payroll Administration

Human Resources Compliance

Administration of Employee Health and Retirement Plans

Safety

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of Human Resources experience AND must have Payroll administration experience.

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
