ROLE SUMMARY:
Anheuser-Busch is seeking a high-energy, driven HR Generalist to join our People Function and help drive organizational success. This is your chance to grow with Anheuser-Busch, take ownership, and tackle complex business challenges. As a Junior HRBP, you’ll play a key role in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and engagement across our Houston, TX, and Columbus, OH breweries. This role is not just about the here and now – it’s about your long-term potential . We are looking for someone open to future growth and relocation to support our People Function. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Recruitment
+ Proactively provide new, creative solutions to business challenges – while also building on existing processes and methods
+ Be a trusted advisor to the business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with management and employees, knowing the business inside and out.
+ Collaborate with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help recruit, onboard, retain, develop, and compensate top talent.
+ Partner with the recruiters to lead the recruitment & selection process, demand forecast and analyze workforce-planning data ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
Business Strategy and Development
+ Support on a variety of other HR initiatives around learning & development, engagement, employee relations, talent management, and more.
+ Assist in the implementation and management of compensation and benefits.
+ Focus on effective implementation of and compliance with various HR and training initiatives.
Data Analysis and Management
+ Support the management and maintenance of critical business data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and alignment with organizational needs.
+ This role will provide you with the skills and experience necessary to advance into labor relations and other key areas of future HR leadership
+ The role is based on-site in either Houston or Columbus, providing virtual support to the other brewery location. This role will require travel 1x quarter.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Ideally 1-2 years' experience in HR function.
+ Even though a background in business, human resources, or labor relations, would definitely help, we’re also open to philosophy, psychology, or even quantum mechanics majors.
+ You’re driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills.
+ We look for leaders who are naturally ambitious, self-aware, hungry to learn, proactive workers, and analytical.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Must be available for future relocation for developmental and promotional opportunities.
+ Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence.
