Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations across multiple states.
• Monitor and update company policies to align with evolving state and federal labor laws.

Qualifications:

• Tech-savvy, with experience using HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR-related technology.
• SHRM or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
