Job description:
The role of the HR Delivery Partner is to support to the Senior Director of Human Resources in developing and generating various types of analytics and lead a variety of employee activities and to support compliance with all company policy, processes and legislative requirements.
Job Responsibilities
+ Prepares and analyzes all monthly, quarterly and annual reports (such as the monthly headcount report).
+ Assists colleagues with reporting and analysis for cyclical processes including annual performance reviews, compensation program, and benefit renewals.
+ Generates and analyzes talent reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce metrics and trends.
+ Provides HR monitoring reports and updates as required
+ Troubleshoot data queries promptly and accurately.
+ Responsible for ad hoc report requests from team members
+ Provides operational support to ABL HR Leadership for allocated business areas
+ Develops strong relationships by working closely with the business, to promote and deliver standard HR methodologies
Required Qualifications:
+ 3 years Human Resources experience and influence
+ Analytics and reporting experience, with Power BI preferred, with a focus on detailed understanding of talent metrics.
+ Superior skills in Microsoft Office programs
+ Superior MS Excel skills and understanding of importance of analytics for data driven decisions
+ Attention to detail and data management skills
+ Stakeholder management
+ Familiar with country employment framework and policies
