Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Location/Work Environment: 100% on-site in the Fort Worth office
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $75,000 to $85,000 annually
Our client in Fort Worth is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role offers exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and engagement initiatives. This full-time position provides a competitive salary, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package. It requires 100% on-site work and flexibility with scheduling as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of HR experience with strong knowledge in payroll.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills paired with a proactive, detail-oriented work ethic, along with strong interpersonal communication abilities and a talent for collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and attention to detail, including entering employee data, verifying timecards, and managing deductions.
- Manage benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans. Assist employees with enrollment and claims issues.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and accurate entry into HRIS systems.
- Support the annual compensation review process by conducting salary surveys and updating pay structures.
- Administer leave of absence requests, disability paperwork, and FMLA processes.
- Ensure compliance with COBRA regulations and distribute required notices.
- Create and maintain HRIS reports for payroll, benefits, and other HR functions.
- Plan and execute company-wide events such as open enrollment and wellness initiatives.
- Perform general HR support tasks as needed, contributing to the department's overall success.
