Top Non Profit in the South Suburbs looking to hire a proven HR Business Partner/ HR Manager:
- Strategic role supporting the highest profile division
- Aligning and advocating business objectvies to business unit
- Provide Human Resource guidance and company updates to the team
- Consulting with Management on various topics including restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning
- Forumlate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service
- Conduct weekly meetings
- Analyze trends and metrics to provide solutions, programs and policies
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Reveiw and enhance current practices to support the growth of the ogranizatoin.
- Maintain an expert level of legal and compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of strong HR experience including strategic, non-transactiional roles
- Strong overall generalist knowlede of all areas within HR, including legal and compliance
- SHRM or related certification (or ability to obtain wthin one year)
- Experience designing and implementing top HR practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to travel out of state 25%.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated project managment skills.
