Job Summary:We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team. This role is essential in driving our mission forward by ensuring our people practices align with our vision and values. As an HRBP, you'll be a trusted advisor, working closely with leadership to support and enhance our organizational culture while implementing HR strategies that foster growth and engagement.
What You'll Do- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
- Employee Experience: Advocate for a positive, inclusive workplace by addressing employee needs, managing conflict resolution, and driving initiatives that promote engagement and satisfaction.
- Talent Management: Partner with managers to identify talent needs, support recruitment efforts, and implement effective onboarding processes. Develop and execute programs for employee development and career progression.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Continuously evaluate and refine HR practices to maintain alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and provide actionable insights to leaders. Track key performance indicators and use data to inform strategies and improve HR operations.
- Culture Champion: Foster a culture of wellness, innovation, and collaboration. Lead initiatives that promote our core values and support our mission to enhance the health and well-being of our employees and the communities we serve.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a track record of success in managing complex HR issues and driving organizational change.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development. Experience in healthcare or wellness-related industries is a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- The team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The team member may regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
