About the Job
We are working with an industry leader in seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. #LI-JM1
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Support benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
