Position Summary
As an Administrative Receptionist, you will manage all administrative functions for the GardaWorld Security Services team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive internal and external visitors on behalf of the office and provide best-in-class customer service
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and faxes
- Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain accurate information for US Security Services locations nationwide
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place supply orders as needed
- Communicate maintenance and housekeeping needs to building management
- Assist with special events or projects as needed
- Provide support for other Administrative team members as needed
- Provide support to Administrative Specialists as needed
Skills:
- Excellent written communication and composition
- Maintains professionalism in all interactions
- Work experience in an administrative capacity
- Self-motivated to see job tasks through to completion
- Experience working in Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 3 years of corporate office reception or admin experience is required
- A high school diploma is required; associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
- Must have the ability to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
