SUMMARY: As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, including payroll processing and invoicing. You will ensure smooth operations within the HR department and contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.

You will ensure smooth operations within the HR department and contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Payroll Administration
- Assist with bi-weekly/monthly payroll, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery for all employees.
- Invoicing: Manage invoicing processes, including generating, distributing, and tracking invoices.
- HR Administrative Support and Filing
- Assist with maintaining employee files and records and managing HR documentation.
- Employee Inquiries: Address payroll-related questions and concerns from employees. Provide support and guidance on payroll policies and procedures.
- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports related to payroll, invoicing, and other administrative functions. Prepare reports for management as needed.
- 1-3 years+ of payroll or invoicing experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED/College required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Strong organizational skills and comfortable with a dynamic environment
