What it's like to be a Human Resource Specialist DATCS?

As an HR Specialist you will play a vital role in supporting our small business with four offices and a dedicated team of 40 employees. Your responsibilities will include managing benefit administration and overseeing time and attendance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You'll work closely with managers to facilitate timely performance reviews and interpret human resources policies, providing clear guidance on procedures and standards. Additionally, you will process hiring-related paperwork and maintain accurate employment records through our human resources management system software, encompassing hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions. This diverse role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our organization while fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
