Housekeeper - Alpha Senior Concepts Suamico

Mosaic Management Group is seeking the right individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper is responsible for a combination of duties to maintain residents' living space and clothing in a clean and orderly manner at our Green Bay Community.

General Responsibilities:

• Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments and common areas.

• Collect laundry from residents on designated day, sort clothing and wash items according to care instructions.
• Return clean laundry to residents' room and put away according to instructions.

• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
• Inform Director of any pertinent resident issues or concerns
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is desired, but not required.
• Must enjoy working with older adults.
• Excellent Attendance record and work ethic.
